    Our villa rental option comes as standard and is ideal for those seeking pure independence and freedom while travelling.

    Our villas are typically rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. However, this can vary. Please enquire to find out more about rental periods for specific properties. If you’re interested in shorter stays or alternative arrival/departure days outside the high season, let us know, and we’ll aim to accommodate your request. Please note that the standard check-in time at our properties is between 16.00 and 19.00. We ask guests to vacate their property by 10.00 on departure day unless otherwise agreed in advance.

    Please also note that the prices displayed may not be for the full occupancy of the property and are on a villa-only basis. Other than renting the villa on an exclusive basis and the services provided by the individual property owners, the villa-only option also includes:

    • A local representative, on call 24/7 
    • Bathroom towels, pool towels and bed linen 
    • One cot and a highchair (on request)
    • On most of our villa-only stays, we can arrange car hire and airport transfers

    Transfers

    For your arrival or departure, why not start your holiday in style with a chauffeur-driven private transfer. Please advise A&K your flight details, quantity of luggage, and number of guests.

    Car Hire

    We can assist with your car rental for your holiday with our preferred partner, Avis. Prices may increase closer to your departure date, and many car categories become fully booked. We suggest you allow us to assist in reserving your vehicle as soon as possible.

    Please note our preferred partner does not offer car delivery to properties.

    Cooks & chefs

    Kick back, relax and unwind while one of our chefs or local cooks prepares you a meal in your private home. Many of our chefs and cooks get booked up in advance; therefore, we advise you do not risk leaving it too late to finalise the complete at-home experience. 

    Sightseeing

    From your property we have a handful of selected sightseeing tours with our preferred guides and drivers to some of the most popular landmarks in the surrounding areas. During the peak season, some sites and suppliers get fully booked, so we strongly recommend you get in touch to see what we can offer in the area of your property, and finalising as soon as possible.

    Bike hire

    If your villa is located in a village or an idyllic location, you may wish to hire bikes for you and your party to explore. Please check with A&K whether we can assist in the area of your property.

    Yachts & boats

    Many of our coastal and lake-side houses offer the opportunity to explore the local area and nearby villages by yacht or boat. Speak to one of our travel specialists who will be pleased to discuss the options.

    Many of our suppliers are fully booked during busy periods. Therefore, we recommend booking in advance and having all the details of your chosen extras completed and finalised by the time your final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
