A member of our operations team visits every villa prior to listing it on our site, this is to ensure that your property fits with our specifications and to ensure that yours and our expectations are met in terms of occupancy, pricing and management. We have operations teams based in the UK and throughout Europe to help ensure this process is as smooth as possible. Once we have you on board we will then ensure that our sales team are aware of your property. All members of the sales and operations team make regular familiarisation visits so that they can sell each property from a personal perspective.
