Our extensive network of staff means that if events beyond our control affect your travel arrangements, we have a team of experts who will work quickly to rearrange your travel. In the recent Covid-19 crisis, our network of well-connected offices often knew about borders closing before any announcements from the FCO, meaning A&K clients were repatriated swiftly, safely and at no additional cost to them.
Working locally for you
On arrival at your property, you will be met by an A&K Villas representative or the villa manager. And even after that initial meeting, we are never far away. We have offices in the south of France, Florence and the UK, as well as teams on the ground near your rental. We're always here to help, so if there is an emergency, we are on hand immediately.
Your money is protected
A&K is financially strong but also ABTA bonded and holds both ATOL licence and IATA accreditation. We do not charge any additional fees for financial protection.
