• All guests that drive the villa's courtesy vehicles must be 25 years old plus, have held a valid driver's license for at least two years, and have purchased a local Anguilla's driving license 
• Use of the estate vehicles are at the guests' own risk
• Children must always be supervised as the property is not child proof and there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or beach
