• For this villa there is a USD 10,000 security deposit. Guests will be asked for their credit card, which will be debited with the value of the security deposit. Alternatively guests may send a bank transfer in advance of arrival. Security deposits are to be received 14 days prior to arrival
• For this villa there are different rates for lower occupancies based on using either 10, nine, eight, seven or five bedrooms (in this instance all other bedrooms are closed off)
