• Lovely house manager and wife live on site can be as discreet or as helpful as possible
• Direct access to the sea from the property, however, please kindly note that the path leading to the sea is very steep and access to the water is via a ladder
• Please note there is a Eur 8000 security deposit required for this villa to be paid at the balance stage
• Please note there is a 50% deposit required for this villa
