• Outdoor professional kitchen with adjacent covered outdoor barbecue area with large sitting area (this outdoor kitchen will be used by the private chef when their services are booked)

• For bookings in June, July, August and September, with chef service inclusion, a food deposit/APA of EUR 2,000 in cash must be given to the villa host during check-in used for food shopping (receipts will be provided)
• A security deposit of EUR 15,000 is due at balance payment stage – this is to protect the property owners for the cost of any damage caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party that may occur during your stay; it will be refunded after verification on check-out day
