The Almyra Residence is situated where the sea laps the shores of Almyrida, a picturesque Greek fishing village. From this stylish villa the views stretch across the hazy, ultramarine Aegean . From the coastal delights of Souda Bay to the rugged beauty of the White Mountains, Crete calls out to you.

You'll enjoy plenty of space staying in one of just three spacious, villas in the exclusive SK Place development. The Almyra Residence has been custom designed by its renowned architect-owner.

Your three-bedroom villa holds contemporary and traditional styles in a perfect balance as light wooden floors meet crisp white or smooth grey minimalist interiors. From the bedroom balcony, and through huge glass doors throughout , your are invited to head into the villa's manicured grounds.

Here the swimming pool terrace's safety rails guarantee absolute peace of mind for clients with smaller children. The villa's mature gardens offer timeless coastal vistas.

This peaceful haven promises an elegant, relaxed lifestyle. But, should you need a change from its easy life the vibrant beach and waterfront of Almyrida is never far away.

Pool maintenance twice weekly (early morning) and garden maintenance for approximately one hour every Thursday

Daily maid service (except Saturday, Sundays and on Bank holidays) between 10am and 2pm for approximately one hour and 20 mins
Bathrobes, slippers, luxurious toiletries and fresh flowers on arrival

Full air-conditioning (Please note: due to local regulations, the air-conditioning cannot be set to lower temperatures than 24 degrees celsius)

Kindly Note

Please enquire in advance should young children be amongst the guests. Areas on the grounds, especially around the pool, aren't particularly child-friendly.
Short stays of a minimum of five nights with a flexible change over day are available outside peak season. In peak season (June to September) there is a minimum stay of seven nights with a change over on Saturdays.
Some photos still show how the grounds looked before the safety railing was fitted.
For larger groups, Alymra Residence can be combined with either of its sister properties on the same estate (Villa Ammos & Villa Anemos). For requests of 2 villas the best combination would be Villa Ammos & Villa Anemos or Villa Anemos & Almyra Residence. Whilst these 3 properties are located near each other and can work together, they all have their own private entrance and work independently from one another also.

Availability information

Our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year; however, this can vary.

Please enquire with us to find out more about rental periods for specific properties. If you're interested in shorter stays or alternative arrival days outside the high season, let us know and we'll try to match your requirements.

Please note that the standard check-in time at our properties is between 4pm and 7pm, and that we ask guests to vacate the property by 10am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
