• Both bedrooms are directly accessed from the pool terrace

Upper level:

• Family room two: Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds as well as one en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower
• Bedroom seven: One double bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower
• Both rooms are accessed via a staircase leading up from the shaded sitting area on the pool terrace and are next to the BBQ terrace with access to the Master bedroom of the main house

• Private infinity swimming pool (9x4.5m)

• A shared tennis court is available up on the hill of the estate (shared between two villas)

• Arrival set of bath towels, pool towels, household and bed linen
• Mid weekly linen and towel change (in addition to a change after every week)

• Maid service of eight hours per day, six days a week (public areas and room soft cleaning, no cleaning of the kitchen)

• SUP and Canoes available for guests
• Gym Equipment (Pilates Balls, Training weights) available for guests
• Access to shared tennis court (shared between the two villas of the estate, pre-booking required as per available booking slots) with two sets of rackets and balls provided. For additional rackets and balls, or playing at night time with the flood light turned on, a small additional charge will apply and will be collected locally

Extra Services:

• Pool heating is available on request at an extra charge. The pool will be heated to 26-27 degrees
• Villa pre-stocking service is available on request at an extra cost (service fee plus groceries)
• Chef service or laundry service can be arranged on request, at an additional cost
• Special events (Weddings, Ceremonies, Photo Shoots) are available upon request. Please enquire for details
• A security deposit of EUR 3,000 is due with the balance of the rental. This is to protect the property owners for the cost of any damage caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party that may occur during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded after verification on check-out day
• A government climate tax is payable locally, upon arrival at the Villa. The charge is 10 EUR per day for the whole Villa, plus approximately 0.5% of the Villa rental rate. For exact figures, please contact your Villa specialist

Kindly note:

• The check in time at this property is 6pm.
• The rates displayed online are for maximum occupancy of up to 24+4 guests in the twelve bedrooms. A lower occupancy rate for the usage of maximum eight bedrooms is available outside July and August. Please enquire for rates and details.
• Between November and May, shorter stays from four nights are available with a flexible arrival day, depending on availability.
