About Villa Maia
Built in the traditional Mykonian style, Villa Maia sits on a hilltop overlooking the myriad blues of the Aegean and the islands of Delos and Rhenia. Fronted by a sun-soaked terrace with a pergola set for dining and lounging alfresco, swirling your toes in the cool waters of the infinity pool with a cold drink in hand is the ideal place to revel in the spectacular views on offer.
The property has seven bedrooms which – along with the option to hire its nine-bed sister property Villa Loni – make it perfect for large groups. Especially groups arriving by helicopter, thanks to its private helipad. All en-suite, the bedrooms are spread between four guesthouses, containing a bedroom each, and the main house. The master occupies the upper level and features a living area and balcony from which private contemplations of the Aegean panorama can be taken. Two more bedrooms, with ‘pool windows’ can be found on the lower level.
Whitewashed inside and out and exuding plenty of local charm, the interiors offer a cool respite from the sun. The carefully curated minimalist Mediterranean style keeping the vibe serene, while blue accents and statement driftwood pieces keep the sea in mind.
