Main Villa

Ground Floor:

• Modern, open plan living room with satellite TV, decorative fireplace and sea views
• Open plan dining area four eight to ten guests, with sea views and access to the pool area with outdoor dining table
• Two steps down is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, sea views and direct access to the pool area
• Additional staff kitchen perpendicular to the main kitchen
• Hammam/steam room (also accessible from the outside)
• Guest W.C.

First Floor:

• Bedroom one: king-size bed (180cm) with beautiful sea views and en-suite shower room, leading directly to a terrace overlooking the pool (this room is also accessible from the outside)
• Bedroom two: small double bedroom with adjacent shower room (across the hall)

Second Floor:

• Bedroom three: king-size bed (180cm, can be made up as twin beds upon request) with sea views and en-suite shower room
• Bedroom four: master bedroom with king-size bed (180cm), large en-suite shower room with panoramic sea views and balcony

Top Floor Suite / Large Guest house 1 (accessed from outside only)

• Open-space kitchenette, living and dining area (the living area can be converted into a double bedroom on request)
• Bathroom with shower
• Bedroom five: double bed with en-suite shower room and sea views

Guest House 2

• Bedroom six: queen bed with sea view, bathroom and small living area

Master Suites / Guest House — Main Floor

• Small but fully equipped kitchen
• Dining room with sea views and access to a pergola
• Bedroom seven: double bed with sea views, en-suite shower room and access to the pergola

Master Suites / Guest House — Lower Floor

From the kitchen seven steps lead down to:

• Bedroom eight: double bed with access to a terrace, en-suite shower room, sea view
• Bedroom nine: double bed with access to a terrace, en-suite shower room, sea view
• The three master suites can be interconnected, or separate

Junior Suites / Guest House

• Bedroom ten: double bedroom with sea views and large bathtub behind the bed, separate shower
• Bedroom eleven: double bedroom with sea views and en-suite shower room
• Shared pergola with sea views
• These two rooms can be accessed from outside only, adding an extra level of privacy for multi-family groups

Pool Suite

• Separate building on a lower level than the main villa
• Bedroom twelve: double bedroom with en-suite shower room and sea view
• On this level you can also find the chapel of the estate and a second smaller pool

• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity)
• Arrival set of bath towels, pool towels, household and bed linen (changed twice weekly)
• Maid service (four hours per day — Monday to Saturday)
• Full time chef and assistant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner (cost of groceries to be paid locally)
• Final cleaning
• Wifi internet
• Full air conditioning
• Private infinity swimming pool
• Airport meet and greet (transport not included)
• 24/7 on-island concierge service
• Barbecue facilities: Barbecue facilities are available at the Villa. When there are strong winds, please do not use the Barbecue due to a risk of fire. Alternatively, book a professional chef to use the Barbecue.

• We are also able to arrange all manner of additional activities to enhance your villa experience. Please contact your A&K Villas travel consultant for further information. Please note that in case of cancellation all confirmed services are non refundable

Kindly Note

• The website displays the 12 bedroom rate. Discounted rates for up to six or nine bedrooms are available on request. Please contact an A&K Villas consultant
• Please note the access road to the villa has a steep incline and is partially unpaved and bumpy
• Shorter stays from five nights and a flexible changeover day are considered year-round, outside July and August, on a request basis. Please kindly note, a week in our calendar may look booked, but a short stay could still be available. Please contact your Villa Specialist for your preferred dates.
