• Located 175 steps down from the pool is a small, simply furnished apartment with double bedroom, sofa, bathroom (shower) and kitchenette

• From the main road about 150 steps lead down to the villa, it is therefore not recommended for guests with walking difficulties
• Staff lives in a separate part of the property
• The use of the kitchen is reserved to staff only
• The owner will hold a USD 15,000 credit card authorization to serve as a security deposit against any damage caused
• There are unprotected drops on the grounds, children should be supervised at all times
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only
• Please note that this villa can be rented for up to 14 people (main villa and pool house), up to 16 people (including the Tower) or up to 18 people (including also the Beach House).
