Exclusions

Kindly Note

• Due to the terraced nature of the properties, children should be supervised at all times. Please let the Tour Consultant know at the time of request if your group will include children and their ages as this needs to be approved on a case by case basis
• A security deposit of EUR 8,000 has to be paid with the balance of the rental
• Photo shooting and filming or any publication of the property (interior or exterior) for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden
• It is not allowed to light fires or organise fireworks. Loud music cannot be played after midnight
