Kindly Note

• The property is not directly accessible by car. Reach the village and from here walk some 500 metres to the villa. Porterage is provided. The villa is directly accessible by boat
• The villa is in a village and as such it is surrounded by other properties. The outdoor space is limited to the lake-facing terrace of about 200 sqm and a small garden towards the back of the property
• A dock is located on the lake in front of the property. Some noise should be expected
• In order to book this property a 50% deposit is needed
