• On request and extra cost it is possible to hire the first floor drawing room for dinners  
• The bedrooms of the first floor and the private museum of the second floor are not accessible and monitored by a sophisticated security system. Access is strictly forbidden
• The villa has kept the bathrooms in style with the general décor of the villa including exposed water pipes, wooden toilet seats and original ceramics

• City tax: EUR 5 per person per day, maximum of 6 days.

Kindly Note:

• The minimum stay is 3 nights from March to May and from October to December.
• The minimum stay is 4 nights from the end of May to the end of September.
• Check-in is 3pm, check-out is by noon.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The villa is strictly non-smoking.
• External guests (max. 5) are allowed at the property only prior written approval and are subject to an extra charge per person.
• Any events beyond the regular stay have to be agreed on in advance and are subject to an extra fee. It is not permitted to use the property for events from 24th May to 21st September.
• The security deposit of 20% is held as pre-authorization on credit card at the time of check-in. This amount will be released after check-out in case there are no damages. We strongly suggest to check the house with the villa manager on check-out.
