• Three twin bedrooms (11sqm with beds 0.9 x 1.9m, 17sqm with beds 1.10 x 1.90m and 0.8 x 1.9m, 10sqm with beds 1.10 x 1.90m and 0.8 x 1.9m), all with garden view. Please note that these bedrooms are located under the roof and the ceilings are consequently low

• A security deposit of EUR 2,000 is to be paid locally in cash. This amount serves as deposit against damages caused to the interior or exterior of the property
• Check-in between 7.00 pm and Midnight can be arranged for an extra fee of EUR 50
• Check-in between Midnight and 6am can be arranged for an extra fee of EUR 100
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only
• Upon request and approval of the owner, a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and midnight for an extra fee of EUR 50. A later arrival between midnight and 06.00 am for an extra fee of EUR 100

• Baby bed - available at EUR 100 per bed. Please note that no baby bed is included in the rate
