Inclusions:

• Villa Manager and Concierge: Available daily.
• Daily Housekeeping: Morning service.
• Resident Chef: Prepares two meals per day (lunch and dinner) 7 days a week. Food and beverages are paid separately.
• Waitstaff: Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Continental Breakfast: Includes coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, berries, croissants, bread, butter, spreadable jams, ham and cheese slices, and eggs (boiled and scrambled).
• Welcome Drink and Snack on Arrival: Includes a selection of Italian pizza and focaccia bites, local salami, crackers and cheese platters, fresh seasonal fruit, traditional pastries, prosecco, and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Pool Heating: Available from May to September, with a maximum temperature of 26 degrees guaranteed.

Exclusions:

Food & Beverage Menu: Paid separately according to the following rates:

• Light menu: €20 per person.
• Traditional menu: €40 per person.
• Gourmet menu: €60 per person.
• Food and Beverage Deposit: A deposit of €10,000 per week is required, which will be used to cover the consumption of meals and drinks during the stay. The Villa Manager will track costs and reconcile them at the end of the stay, discussing the details with the main guest at check-out.
• Cooked Meals or Brunch-Style Breakfast: If requested (e.g., pancakes, waffles, beans, porridge, English breakfast, vegetables), these will be prepared by the resident Chef at an additional cost of €2,500 for the stay. This must be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Additional Linen Change: Extra linen changes for all bedrooms and bathrooms will incur a cost of €150.

KINDLY NOTE:

• Some parts of the garden are characterized by low or no walls. Young children should be supervised. 
• Please note that although there are 9 bedrooms, the maximum occupancy is 14 people. Please enquire if your group is bigger. 
• Pigra can be accessed via a 15km road that climbs up the mountains from the lake level (Argegno). Please note that it is a windy road with some narrow parts. According to ones driving ability, it takes from 20 to 40 min to reach the house
• Pigra can also be accessed from Argegno by cable car (open to the public, not private to the villa). Each cabin can hold up to 12 people. The ride takes about 4minutes and will take you 500meters from the villa. It generally operates from 8am to noon and from 2pm to 4pm. Various ticket types are available and the Villa Concierge can help organizing them. Please note that neither Abercrombie & Kent nor the villa owner can be held responsible for the functioning of the cable car.
