The King's Stork Unit

• Bedroom with 2 x 2m bed, garden view, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower attachment. The ceiling of the bathroom is made of glass and looks out to an aquarium with fish; room 31sqm

Beach Apartment

• Kitchenette, small sitting area, bathroom (shower), terrace with sea views and table
• Bedroom with 2 x 2m bed
• Small 12sqm bedroom with two 0.8 x2m beds (that can be pushed together), small window facing the sea and small living area, bathroom with shower. The bedroom is suitable for two adults although we suggest an occupancy of one adult or two kids

Please Note

• Part of the road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition
• The beach in front of the house is public which becomes very busy especially in the summer time
• There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time

• Chef, butler, server to prepare and serve lunch and dinner daily. Meal costs are extra.
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels. Towels are also changed mid-week or by request.
• Wireless broadband internet.
• Final cleaning.
• Exclusive use of the swimming pool (10 x 4m / 32.8 x 13.1ft).
