Exclusions

• Use of the spa is available at the cost of EUR 300 for half a day. This service must be requested 24 hours in advance
• Massages
• Extra changes of bed linen or towels EUR 15 per room
• Additional staff members and additional staff working hours. To be agreed in advance and charged at EUR 15 per hour
• Laundry and ironing service in the morning EUR 15 per hour. Guests will have a basket in each room for clothes to be washed and ironed, which will be collected every morning during cleaning. Ironing service is not guaranteed for clothes collected on Friday mornings
• Cost of food for the meals plus EUR 30 for the shopping service
• House wine cellar with Sicilian wines 
• A security deposit of EUR 3,000 plus EUR 500 as a deposit for groceries will be collected by the owner or by his staff at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out time, after assessing the condition of the property. The security deposit will be used as compensation for any loss or damage to the property and its equipment and furniture. Further compensation to cover the cost of any damage will be required if the damage exceeds the deposit amount. Groceries will be purchased by villa staff upon agreement with guests and costs will be reimbursed by guests in cash upon presentation of grocery receipts.
