PLEASE NOTE:

• The road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition. Some parts are steep uphill and bumpy 
• Pool: 12 x 6m/ 39.4 x 19.7ft; 1.8m/ 9.8ft deep end. The pool is fenced and has a remote-controlled child safety cover. Pool heating is available
• The villa can be booked with 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people (main villa only) or with 7 bedrooms for up to 14 people (main villa and annex)
• The pizza oven can only be used by and with the assistance of the chef
• No third-party suppliers are permitted at the villa; all in-villa services will be provided by in-house or local staff. If you wish to bring external staff or suppliers (e.g., cooks, maids, musicians), you must request this in advance. If accepted by the owner, separate terms will be provided
• No parties, weddings, or large gatherings are allowed at the property without prior written permission. Extra fees may apply if a gathering is approved by the owner
