KINDLY NOTE:

• The road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition.
• There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
• Staff live on the estate.
• Please be aware that this property is home to cats. While we strive to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, individuals with cat allergies or sensitivities should take necessary precautions. The cats are generally friendly, but we advise all guests to exercise caution and respect the animals’ space.

Extra Services

• Extra maid service - available on request at EUR 30 per hour.

•  The whole estate needs to be booked between 15 May and 15 September. The minimum stay is four nights, check-in and out dates are flexible, according to availability.
• During the rest of the year, the rental of all buildings is not necessary and the minimum stay is three nights.
• A EUR 10,000 security deposit is due with the balance of the rental.
• A 50% deposit is needed to confirm a booking at this property.
• A partial refund of the deposit is possible in case a booking is cancelled 150 days before arrival date.
