• Double bedroom with two windows overlooking the garden. En suite bathroom (shower). Room 28sq m, bed 1.8 x 1.9m.
• Bedroom with twin beds (0.9 x 1.9m), pool views and en suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment). Room 25sq m.
• Bedroom with twin beds (0.9 x 1.9m), garden views and en suite bathroom (shower). Room 25sq m.

KINDLY NOTE:

• The house is accessed by a private track of 700m, which is partially unpaved and bumpy and is not suitable for low slung sports cars.
• There are some unprotected drops/slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
• The caretakers live in a separate building in the proximity of Villa Bianca.

• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
