Exclusions:

• The rental price includes the electricity consumption up to EUR 500 per week that may be adjusted upward based on the actual consumption recorded at the meter reading upon check-in and check-out and maybe retained on the security deposit
• Pool heating is available at EUR 50 per day. Please note that pool heating needs to be turned on days before your arrival in order for the water to be warm on arrival day
• Additional maid service available at EUR 20 per hour, min two hours

• A security deposit of EUR 2,000 is to be paid with the balance of the rental. This is to protect the property owners for the cost of any damage or loss caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party that may occur during your stay.
