• There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
• The road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition.
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.

• Maid service. 6 hours from Monday to Friday, 4 hours (morning) on Sunday.

• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to.

• Cook service - available on request at EUR 200 per dinner plus the cost of groceries. Service from 7pm to 9pm. On Sundays there is a surcharge of EUR 50 per service. Payable locally in cash.
• Cook service - available on request at EUR 170 per lunch plus the cost of groceries. Service from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. On Sundays there is a surcharge of EUR 50 per service. Payable locally in cash.
• Laundry and ironing services available at EUR 16 per hour, EUR 20 on Sundays and in the evenings. Payable locally in cash.
• Late check-in EUR 50 until 10pm and EUR 100 after 10pm.

• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• A security deposit of EUR 3.000 is to be paid in cash on arrival or via bank wire with the balance of the rental.
