Inclusions

• Morning housekeeping service will be provided for five hours a day, six days a week, one maid (Monday to Saturday)

• Pool heating. The pool heating uses the air conditioning system in a low energy impact and eco-friendly system in high season

Exclusions

• Pool heating is available off season at an additional cost starting at EUR 1,000 per day plus VAT. Please note that the pool is generally open from the beginning of May to the end of September

• In order to book the property, we require a 50 per cent non-refundable deposit
• The security deposit is EUR 6,000 and needs to be wired with the balance of the rental, and the balance is due 100 days before arrival
• Details about the guests (lead passenger email-address, names and composition of the group, even if provisional) are necessary to confirm a booking. These will be treated according to current GDPR law
• It is mandatory to take reasonable care of the premises and to leave them in a tidy condition, not to deface or make any alterations to the decoration, not to tamper with the water, heating and gas services
• For insurance and liability matters, only suppliers expressly authorized by the owners are allowed to work at the property
• Washing machine is operated by staff only; laundry service is available at extra cost
