• Cook for up to 8 hours per day (service not included on Italian bank holidays).
• Butler for up to 8 hours per day (service not included on Italian bank holidays).

• Extra hours for cook service at EUR 22.50 on Sundays and bank holidays, EUR 15 per hour Monday to Saturdays. 
• Extra hours for butler and maids at EUR 18 per member of staff on Sundays and bank holidays, EUR 12 per hour Monday to Saturdays. 
• Food and beverage deposit of EUR 10.000 to be wired with the balance of the rental.

• Cooking classes can be organized in the villa with a local cook that teaches you authentic Italian cuisine. The menu can be discussed locally with the cook and will be custom made for you. EUR 30 per hour, min 2 hours, max. 10 people at a time.

• The pool is about 100 meters from the villa.
• For rentals above 10 guests, an extra is due to ensure sufficient staff is available to operate the property. Your Tour Consultant will advise you accordingly.
