Large, open social areas, including a well-equipped kitchen and lounge centred around a beautiful travertine fireplace, spill out onto two covered patios. One offers an extra space to lounge, with large sofas and a firepit, while the other is set for al fresco dining. All five of the property’s bedrooms are en-suite, with two on the ground floor and three, including two huge masters, upstairs.
Outside, the gardens flow into the landscape with spectacular views in all directions. An outdoor kitchen, bocce court and wellness area with hot tub await, while lush lawns and a completely gated infinity pool allow younger guests the freedom to roam.
Head to nearby Ponte d’Arbia for breakfast pastries and a pizzeria and to Buonconvento for restaurants, a supermarket and a medieval city centre to wander. The Val d’Orcia, the wine country around Montalcino and Montepulciano, and even Siena and San Gimignano are all within easy reach.
