• 4 steps lead up to a twin bedroom with views to the courtyard and en suite bathroom (4 steps down the corridor, shower). 24sq m. The beds can be pushed together if requested before arrival.

Spa

Guests staying at Villa Buonconvento will have access to a spa located in a separate building, just a short stroll away and shared with another house in the hamlet. Facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, steam room, hot tub for six and living area with sofa and TV.

• Maid service 3 hours, Monday to Friday.
• Air-conditioning (available in the bedrooms).
• Heating.
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to.
• Use of the spa facilities and gym (in a separate building and shared with another house of the hamlet).
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels and mid-week change.
• Final cleaning.

Extra Services

• Extra maid service - available on request at EUR 15 per hour.
• Telephone as per consumption.

KINDLY NOTE:

• The road to the villa is unpaved but in good condition.
• The villa is easily accessible from the road that connects Siena with Buonconvento. Due to this privileged position some road noise should be expected.
• The owner sometimes uses a separate wing of the villa. This part of the estate has an independent entrance. The garden, swimming pool and tennis court are for the exclusive use of clients.
• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.
• Extras are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and to specific Terms & Conditions. Please enquire with your Tour Consultant for details.
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
