Kindly Note

• The house is accessed via a 3km road in fair condition. Some parts are steep uphill. The access road is not suitable for low-slung cars or sportscars
• There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised at all times
• Only transfer companies approved by the owner are allowed access to the estate
• Maximum occupancy: One infant in cot permitted free of charge in addition to the maximum number of people in the property (Second infant at the Proprietor's discretion). Additional infants count towards total occupancy. Cot must be requested well in advance
• The Guest acknowledges and accepts that the Property object of this hospitality agreement is a furnished private dwelling house managed and operated as an agritourism. Furthermore, the Guest acknowledges and accepts that whatsoever service (e.g. catering, cooking, transfers, etc.) to the Guest and to his/her group during their stay and/or to the Property can only be provided by or through the Owner and he/she undertakes to refrain from asking and/or buying services from third party providers/persons
