About Casa Rosada Beach Castel
A Belle Époque-inspired villa sat on the seafront of Armação de Pêra, Casa Rosada Beach Castel exudes the opulent glamour of a golden age long past. Built in 1908, it is both a listed historic building and landmark, located close to local bars and restaurants, a quick stroll from the historical town centre and has direct access to the beach.
Although renovated to the standards of the present, the romance of the past remains. Original features, like the glass chandeliers and stately staircase, sit side by side with furniture curated to give a timeless appeal. Upstairs are two master suites, identical in layout, and a sitting room with terrace ideal for gazing out to sea. A secret doorway up to a roof terrace waits to be discovered. Downstairs, the spacious living and dining area opens up onto a terracotta terrace that extends out to the seawall, giving the impression of being afloat on the ocean. A few steps away you also find the brand new sun terrace with heated pool and wellness area including a treatment room and a sauna.
Two more bedrooms can be found in the guesthouse, a modern addition that echoes the aesthetic of the original house with contemporary flair.
