• A few steps down from the main terrace there is the pool terrace with heated Jacuzzi, heated infinity swimming pool, and pool house with summer kitchen, Gym, Sauna, WC and shower
• An additional staff bedroom on the lowest level (one level down from the separate guest level) is available, on request only. This contains a French size double bed, shower room, small kitchen and sofa with TV

• A deposit payment of 50% is needed to confirm a booking at this villa
• A security deposit of EUR 10,000 is due with the balance of the rental. This is to protect the property owners for the cost of any damage caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party that may occur during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded after verification on check-out day
• There is no welcome hamper available at this villa. Pre-arrival grocery shopping is available if required at an extra cost (delivery fee and the cost of the groceries)

• There are some drops and an unprotected pond on the property grounds. Young children need to be constantly supervised
• Please note that there is a minimum stay of 14 nights at this property. Please discuss with your travel specialist to see if there is the possibility to exceptionally accommodate a shorter length of stay
