Main House - Ground Floor:

• Well-equipped kitchen in traditional Mallorcan décor and with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine.

• Access to laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with spectacular sea views and 1.80m double bed. Spacious bathroom with sunk-in bath and separate shower.
• Bedroom 2: Second master with sea views, 1.80m double bed and en suite shower room. Access to private sun terrace.
• Bedroom 3: with twin/double bed and en suite shower room. Garden views.

Annex:

• Bedroom 4: with twin beds and access to the garden via steps.
• Separate shower room.
• Bedroom 5: with 1.80m double bed.
• Separate shower room.
• There is a small sitting room between both bedrooms.

Outdoors:

• 16x6m swimming pool with chlorine water (cannot be heated). In most parts, the pool area is enclosed with a fence that has railings slightly wider than 10cm, therefore young children require constant supervision by an adult.
• Direct water access via path on rocky platform and from there via a ladder.
• Mooring for small boats available on request in the bay (buoy mooring, please enquire for more details).
• Small lawn areas between the annex and the main house and to the side of the main building.
• High-quality Tectona outdoor furniture, nine sun loungers and two umbrellas.

• Maid service in July and August: Three services of three hours per week (Mon/Wed/Fri)

• Central heating charged as a mandatory extra cost from November to March, EUR 250 per week
