• The guest house has two bedrooms with TV and en-suite shower rooms. They share a living area and terrace (great for morning yoga sessions). Large glass doors allow external access to all rooms

Staff and professional kitchen

• A third building to the opposite side of the main house offers a staff bedroom and a professional kitchen. Please note that this is not included in the rental price, please contact your Villa Specialist for details.

• 18 square kilometers of lush garden and grounds, walled and gated
• 20x8m saltwater swimming pool with security cover and heating (both on request, heating at extra cost)
• Jacuzzi under covered pergola
• Sauna available in pool house (on request, at extra cost)

Inclusions:

• Maid service seven hours/day on six days/week (Mon - Sat)
• Arrival set of pool and bath towels, household and bed linen (mid weekly linen and towel change not included as standard to support our commitment to sustainable resource use but available on request)
• Final cleaning
• Full air-conditioning
• Central heating and underfloor heating in the bathrooms
• Wifi internet (special user conditions apply, please enquire)
• Private salt-water pool (20x8m) with pool cover (on request)

Extra services:

• Additional maid service available at EUR 200/day (payable locally). For Sunday check-out, there is an extra cleaning fee of EUR 650.
• Breakfast service is available on request at EUR 26/day/person, served on a buffet basis and includes the following: tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, bread and croissants, cereals, yogurt, butter and jam, Nutella and peanut butter, ham and cheese, fruits.
• Pool heating at EUR 1,500/week (payable in advance). The minimum charge for pool heating is two weeks as the water needs a week to reach appreciable temperatures. Please note the max. water temperature is approx. 28-29 degrees Celsius but subject to weather conditions. Pool heating is only available in mid season, please contact your Villa Specialist for details.
• The use of the sauna is available on request, at EUR 500/week.
• A professional kitchen and staff bedroom are available on request, at an extra cost. Please contact your Villa Specialist for details.
• Additional services such as chef, yoga or Pilates trainer, or massage therapist are available on request, at extra cost.
• A SECURITY DEPOSIT to the value of EUR 12,500 (payable with villa balance), will be required per booking to protect the property owner for the cost of any damage or loss caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party.
• The tourism tax of EUR 2,20 / guest / night is payable locally.

Kindly note:

• The prices displayed are for full occupancy, when booking the main house and guest house together. Please enquire for reduced rates of the 16-person price option for the main house only.
• The property is equipped with an alarm and CCTV cameras for client's safety. These can be deactivated upon request.
• There are several water features on the vast grounds, i.e. fish pond. Hence young children require constant supervision by an adult.
• Please kindly note that the minimum stay in July is 14 nights. Between October and May short stays (less than one week) are available on request.
