About Villa Can Victoria
Villa Can Victoria is a modern Mallorcan home-from-home in Alcúdia, a well-preserved town in the north with a storied past, combining Medieval and Roman remains with calm waters and bays begging to be sailed and snorkelled.
Secured behind electric gates, the cream-hued exterior and flat lawn scattered with mature trees hide this property’s biggest secret – the view. Azure blues and rugged coastlines stretch all the way to Cap de Formentor (Mallorca’s northernmost peninsula) and its lighthouse. Look out for its glow on the terrace as the sun sets or track boats from the heated pool as they meander across still seas.
Despite its salty spot, interiors are far from a nautical cliché. Soothing neutrals, high ceilings and light-flooded reception rooms are more fitting of a chic cosmopolitan hotel and a welcome relief from the Mediterranean sun, as are the five air-conditioned bedrooms all kitted out with nap-worthy beds and big windows.
The lower ground floor is strictly for entertaining. A cosy cinema room is conveniently located next to the wine cellar, and a gym, Jacuzzi and sauna provide a more revitalising option after long beach days by the ocean – accessed by a set of cascading steps from your very own garden.
