Ground Floor

• Open-plan kitchen and dining room with exposed beams and modern, professional kitchen units and facilities come with a distinction clutter free style, juxtaposed against antique paintings, a long stripped dining table that seats 12-14 and an iPod docking station that sits atop of an old Balinese wooden safe.

• Gold Room: Double bedroom with 1.80m bed which cannot be split and en suite shower room. Style: European, Tudor with contemporary elements.
• Blue Room: Double bedroom with 1.80m bed which can be split into twins and en suite walk-in shower room. An additional day bed can sleep one extra child (additional charge).
• African Room: Double bedroom with 1.80m bed which can be split into twins. African styles and en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. This room has a flat screen TV.

First Floor

• White Room: Spacious double bedroom with leather sofas and 1.80m bed which can be split into twins. En-suite bathroom with roll top. This room has a flat screen TV.
• Pink Room: Definitely the room with the female touch complete with beautiful pink crystal chandelier and antique vanity set. There is slightly low headroom in this room. It comes with a 1.80m bed that cannot be split, a day bed that can take one extra child (additional charge) and an en suite bathroom with bath and low ceiling.
• Up the stairs from the drawing room area is an office area with laptop and Wi-Fi.

• The Security Deposit for this property is £1,500. The deposit will be taken pre arrival using credit or debit card details.
• Above mentioned inclusions and exclusions are valid for 7 night stays. 7 night stays are required during Half-term holidays, Easter, July, August, Christmas & New Year.
• Shorter stays can be arranged on request from 3 nights during bank holidays and high season. Special rates and inclusions/ exclusions apply.
• Please kindly note that due to the great age of the property, some of the door frames are quite low so extra care must be taken. This also applies to the attic level where there are low beamed ceilings and some unlevel flooring.
• One of the great characteristics of the estate are the numerous water features. Children under 18 must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times
