With a terrace that stretches around almost all the building’s perimeter, enjoying the Greek sunshine inside and out is easy. Relax in complete comfort on the sun loungers, daybeds and chairs, looking over the sea, sky, Kaparelli Island or the Albanian mountains. Move only a few steps to the fabulous infinity pool, to get some exercise while enjoying the same view.
If you can bear to tear yourself away from this retreat, there is a path from the villa that takes you to the Estate's private jetty and pebble beach. Choose to dip in the azure water or hop on your boat (hiring one is essential here) and sail to a waterside taverna on the northeast coastline for lunch or dinner. Make time on the way to stop and swim in one of the deserted coves. The harbour village of Kassiopi is only a short walk away if you prefer not to try out your sea legs.
For larger groups, Pearla Akoya can also be rented with its sister property Pearla Mabe (sleeping up to 14), the only other building on this private two-hectare headland.
