• Access to a small private pebble beach area via steps from the pool terrace down through the garden, with possibility for swimming and snorkelling in cobalt blue waters
• Access to a shared jetty where you can keep a locally hired boat to use for day trip, with ladder for swimming in the sea (jetty shared with Pearla Akoya)

• Arrival set of bath towels, pool towels, household and bed linen (changed twice weekly)

• The chef and the chef’s assistant - Included in the rental for July and August is a chef and a chef’s assistant who will both work for six days a week. The chef is responsible for all cooking requirements for two meals per day (breakfast, lunch or dinner) for six days per week.  This includes shopping for food and drink (to a budget if required), serving, clearing up and BBQs, as required. The assistant will assist in the food preparation, lay / clear tables and help serve (if required). During other periods of the season (outside July and August) a cook may be arranged on booking, subject to availability and at extra cost.
• Breakfast service included outside of July and August (the housekeeper will collect fresh bread from the village and set up the breakfast table; groceries to be paid for locally)

• Please note: to secure this villa we require a 40% deposit
• Security deposit: as a condition of your booking an additional 10% Security Deposit is due with the final villa balance. This is to protect the property owners for the cost of any damage caused by wilful or accidental damage by members of the party that may occur during your stay. If the property owner does not advise us within 30 days of any claim they have in respect of damage, this security deposit will be returned.

Kindly note:

• For larger groups, the villa can be rented with its sister property Pearla Akoya. Please ask your A&K travel specialist for more details
• CCTV is in use for security reasons and can be deactivated upon request
• The beautiful hillside location means there are inclines and steps to access different parts of the property, please enquire to discuss suitability with regards to mobility problems or bookings for families with small children
• Whilst our website is showing the availability for weeks starting on Saturday, please note that some weeks can only be booked with a different change over day. As a guideline, in April and May the available weeks tend to start on a Monday, from mid-August onwards bookings start on a Sunday. Please contact your A&K travel specialist for more details.
