Kindly Note

• The villa is part of a working farm; some noise should be expected although it will be kept to a minimum.

Inclusions

• Cook service up to 7 hours per day (groceries extra).
• Maid service for 7 hours per day. 
• Air-conditioning throughout.
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels. Towels are changed during per week. 
• Final cleaning.
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to. 
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Use of the tennis court and sauna. 
• Use of the swimming pool (15 x 7m / 49.2 x 23ft).
• Concierge service: personalised itinerary including transfers, massages, wine tastings, boat tours, restaurant reservations can be organised by the villa’s concierge team. Please note that no external suppliers are allowed at the estate and that services need to be approved by the owner.

Exclusions

• Groceries and beverages. Please note that the villa has a well-stocked wine cellar with a selection of local Sicilian, Italian and European wines. Guests are requested not to bring their own food and beverages into the dining- and/or living-room area.
• Grocery shopping service (EUR 30 per hour). 
• Extra cooking service available on request at EUR 35 per hour.
• Laundry service available on request at EUR 25 per hour.
• Extra maid service available on request at EUR 25 per hour.
• Waiter service available on request at EUR 30 per hour.
• At a fixed rate of EUR 90 per person per day, the villa covers the cost of three daily meals, shopping services and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests who prefer a lighter meal plan can opt for the reduced rate of EUR 60 per person per day which includes either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. Children up to five years old dine for free.
• Based on past experiences, the average adult spends approximately EUR 500 per week at the villa. Upon arrival, a cash deposit (covering initial expenses) is required. We recommend at least EUR 7,000. An initial account summary will be provided on the following Wednesday, with the final account balance settled on the subsequent Friday. Payments made via bank transfer or credit card will incur an additional 21% fee.

Kindly Note

• A deposit is due on arrival in cash euro for the payment of extras charged "per consumption", i.e. a deposit to pay for the groceries and beverages (at least EUR 7,000).
• The villa cannot allow guests to buy food, wine, spirits etc. etc. in supermarkets. They have a well-stocked wine-cellar and are 100% committed to organic produce and ingredients in the kitchen.
• Caretakers live on the grounds; privacy is guaranteed. 
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
